The CoC Membership Portal is strictly for the management of CoC Memberships and payment of Membership fees (for organizations who choose to apply to become a voting member). It is highly encouraged that any individual or organization who is invested in ending homelessness and resides in San Diego become a member of the San Diego CoC Full Membership so we may collaborate to identify solutions and implement best practices to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.
